We understand experiencing a loss is a difficult situation and that is why we make filing your claim as easy as possible. When filing a claim you will speak directly with our representative. We will help you understand the claim process and will help you get back to business with as little disruption as possible.
To help you file your claim as quickly as possible, please have the following information:
• The policyholder's name, address and phone number
• The policy number
• The date of the loss and a description of the loss
• Your name and phone number
We will ask for a description of what happened, and your name and a number where we can contact you if further information is needed.
